Step-by-Step Deployment Guide
1. Hardware Installation
● Install antennas: Screw 32 pieces of 4G/GSM antennas onto the corresponding antenna interfaces of the device. Place the device in an indoor location with good operator signal, away from metal obstructions and strong electromagnetic interference.
● Insert SIM cards: Insert 256 SIM cards into the slots in order according to the slot labels. Ensure the chip side faces down and the card tray is fully inserted. Standard-size SIM cards are recommended to avoid poor contact caused by card adapters.
● Connect network cable: Plug one end of the RJ45 Ethernet cable into the WAN port of the device, and the other end into a LAN switch or router. Ensure the configuration computer and the device are on the same accessible local area network.
● Power on the device: Connect the power adapter to the DC power port of the device, then plug into the mains supply. Press the power switch to start the device, and proceed to configuration after the indicator lights stabilize.

2. Log in to Web Management Panel
● The default WAN port IP of the device is 192.168.1.10. Set the IP of the configuration computer to the 192.168.1.x network segment (e.g. 192.168.1.11) with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.
● Open a browser on the computer, enter http://192.168.1.10 in the address bar to access the device login page.
● Enter the default account root and default password root, select the interface language, then click Submit to enter the device management dashboard.

3. Basic Network Configuration
● Go to the Guider page in the dashboard, and select the WAN connection mode according to your network environment:
○ Static IP: Manually fill in the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS server. Suitable for fixed public IP and LAN fixed IP scenarios.
○ Dynamic IP (DHCP): The device automatically obtains an IP address from the upstream router/DHCP server, plug and play. Suitable for office networks and home broadband scenarios.
○ PPPoE: Fill in the broadband account and password, the device dials directly to obtain a public IP. Suitable for dedicated line broadband and fiber dial-up scenarios.
● Click Submit after configuration. The device will automatically apply the network settings. You can re-log in to the backend through the newly configured IP to verify network connectivity.

4. SIM Card & Port Function Setup
● Go to Gateway Settings → Port Setting → Hardware properties to check the GSM module status of all 32 ports, and confirm that all modules are recognized normally and SIM cards are detected normally.
● Go to the IMEI Setting page to configure independent IMEI for each SIM slot, or enable the IMEI auto-switch function and set switching trigger conditions (consecutive failures, online duration, etc.).
● Go to SIM Settings to configure SIM time-sharing scheduling rules and assign working time periods for different SIM cards to stagger sending resource allocation.
● Go to Automation settings to configure SIM switch trigger conditions, including cumulative SMS sending volume, consecutive failure times, online duration threshold, etc. The device will automatically switch to backup SIM cards when conditions are met.

● Basic SMS settings: Go to SMS Setting → SMS Settings to configure basic parameters such as SMS format, sending interval, status report switch, and maximum single message length.
● Forwarding rule configuration: Go to SMS Forward, select the required forwarding protocol (HTTP/Email/GSM/SIP), fill in the corresponding server address, account, and parameter format to complete the uplink SMS forwarding configuration.
● Local sending test: Go to the Send SMS page, select the test port, fill in the receiving number and test content, click send, and check the sending success/failure status on the page to verify the normal SMS sending and receiving function.

8、FAQ

Q1. Does GOIP or MOIP support custom calling number/sender ID when making phone calls or sending text messages?

A：The device uses a SIM card, which naturally displays the SIM card number when making calls or sending text messages. This is determined by the SIM card itself and the SIM card operator, and generally does not support custom calling numbers/sender IDs. In VOIP and network SMS services, only the operator's routing (CLI and direct connection) may be supported!

Q2. Does GOIP or MOIP support detecting surrounding mobile phone information, listening to surrounding calls, tracking/tracing mobile phones/calls/SMS, IMSI Catcher and other detection functions?

A：This type of feature has no connection with our product and is not supported!

Q3. Does GOIP or MOIP support wifi or multi wifi functions to provide data internet access and other functions?

A：The functions related to wifi/data internet are not related to any of our devices and are not supported!

Q4. Does GOIP, MOIP, or SMS modem support functions such as MMS, picture SMS, voice SMS, video calls, etc?

A：SMS modems can support MMS (customers need to have their own software support, we do not provide MMS software), and the latest version of YX GOIP/MOIP can also support sending MMS. Other products do not support it

Q5.Does GOIP support the function of hiding the caller when making phone calls?

A：The device has a setting function to hide the caller, but it requires the SIM operator to support this function at the same time.

Q6. Does GOIP and modem have API?

A：The GOIP/MOIP of YX series has HTTP APIs for sending/receiving SMS and USSD, and supports customer developed software to call through HTTP; DBL's GOIP does not have an API that can be directly used, but if the client has their own server, after installing a GOIP SMS sending server software, they can use the SMS HTTP API; The modem does not have an API.

Q7. What devices can make voice group calls?

A：SMS modems do not support direct audio access and cannot play voice after calling out. GOIP can support it, but GOIP cannot automatically call out and requires the call center to provide functions for calling out and playing voice

Q8. Is there a device that supports receiving and forwarding SMS messages?

A：SMS modems can receive text messages, but they do not support forwarding. Additionally, the software we provide does not support checking which port received the messages

YX GOIP/MOIP can receive information and forward it to email/HTTP address/SIP server/other phone numbers or HTTP API directly from the device (Commonly used methods include email or HTTP API retrieval)

Q9. Can the device support international roaming? What should be noted?

A：1. The SIM card needs to be able to roam to the target country. 2. It is necessary to understand the frequency band of the target country, and the device needs to be matched with the frequency band of the target country (if there are too many frequency bands in the target country, it can also be determined which operator in the target country can provide roaming signals for the SIM card, and the device needs to match the frequency band of the operator that provides roaming signals)

Q10. What is the SMS sending speed for MOIP/GOIP?

A：GOIP/MOIP(2G/3G/4G): 720 per port per hour (the above standard testing environment may vary depending on the device environment)

Q11. Does SIMBank support connecting to devices other than GOIP and MOIP, do they have APIs, and can different brands of SIMBANK and GOIP be used?

A：SIMBank does not support connecting to devices other than GOIP and MOIP, there is no API, and different brands of SIMBANK and GOIP cannot be used

Q12. How can SIMBANK connect to GOIP/MOIP and card the device?

A：SIMBANK generally requires the use of the software SIM Server installed on the server to manage, connect, and allocate cards, in order to achieve remote card access. If there is no server, one needs to be rented, and the system requires CentOS 5. X or 6. X

Q13. What are the ways to send/receive SMS for YX series GOIP/MOIP and DBL?
A: (1) Login to the device page to send/receive directly;
(2) Directly connect to the SMS platform (only support EIMS/IMFS) to send/receive;
(3) use HTTP API to send/receive directly (customers may need their own software/platform support);
(4) if the customer has a public IP, the customer can set the public IP to GOIP, and then send SMS after docking with SMPP SMS platform;
DBL's no API can only use the page to send or use the server supporting SMS sending software to send.

Q14. Can GOIP or MOIP use the data traffic inside the SIM card to give users access to the Internet?
A: No, we don't have this kind of equipment.

Q15. Difference between YX GOIP and DBL GOIP in terms of sending and receiving SMS.
A: DBL can only send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reason, the maximum number of messages received is 50), or the customer has its own server to install information management software (can send and receive, unlimited number of SMS).
YX can send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reasons to receive information up to 50) or you can use our free ETMS management software (can be received, but sent to need to use another EIMS2, unlimited number of SMS), if the customer has the ability, the device also has a HTTP API can be accessed to their own development of the program (support for sending and receiving)

Q16. Can GOIP/modem be used in XX countries (or a certain operator)?
A: The product has nothing to do with the use in which country or which operator, as long as the frequency band of the device can match the local (or the operator to be used), it can be used!

Because the 4G frequency band is different in different countries or regions, when placing an order, please indicate the country in which the product is used. If there is no indication, we will select the corresponding frequency band model based on the country where the shipping address is located.
