Quick Deployment Guide
Step 1: Hardware Installation
1. Install Antennas: Screw 16 GSM antennas onto the corresponding antenna interfaces of the device. Place the device in an indoor location with good operator signal, away from metal shielding and strong electromagnetic interference.
2. Insert SIM Cards: Insert 128 SIM cards into the slots in order according to the slot labels, ensure the chip faces down and the card tray is fully inserted. Standard-size operator SIM cards are recommended to avoid identification failure caused by poor adapter contact.
3. Connect Network Cable: Plug one end of the RJ45 Ethernet cable into the WAN port of the device, and the other end into a LAN switch or router. Ensure the configuration computer and the device are on the same accessible network.
4. Power On: Connect the power adapter to the DC power port of the device, then plug into a mains outlet. Press the power switch to boot the device. Proceed to configuration once the indicator lights stabilize.

Step 2: Login to Web Management Panel
1. The default WAN port IP address of the device is 192.168.1.10. Set the configuration computer's IP to the 192.168.1.x network segment (e.g. 192.168.1.11) with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.
2. Open a browser on the computer, enter http://192.168.1.10 in the address bar to access the device login page.
3. Enter the default account root and default password root, select the interface language, then click [Submit] to enter the device management dashboard.

Step 3: Basic Network Configuration
1. Go to the "Guider" page in the dashboard, and select the WAN connection mode according to your network environment:
○ Static IP: Manually fill in IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server address, suitable for fixed public IP and LAN fixed IP scenarios
○ Dynamic IP (DHCP): The device automatically obtains an IP address from the upstream router/DHCP server, plug-and-play, suitable for office networks and home broadband scenarios
○ PPPoE Dial-up: Fill in broadband account and password, the device dials directly to obtain a public IP, suitable for dedicated line broadband and fiber dial-up scenarios
2. Click [Submit] after configuration. The device will apply the network settings automatically. You can re-login via the newly configured IP to verify network connectivity.

Step 4: SIM Card & Port Configuration
1. Navigate to "Gateway Settings → Port Setting → Hardware properties" to check the GSM module status of all 16 ports, confirm all modules are recognized and SIM cards are detected normally.
2. Go to "Gateway Settings → IMEI Setting" to configure independent IMEI for each SIM slot as needed, or enable IMEI auto-switching to simulate different device characteristics and reduce operator blocking risk.
3. Enter "Gateway Settings → SIM Settings" to configure SIM time-sharing scheduling rules, assign working periods for different SIM cards to stagger sending resource usage.
4. Go to "Gateway Settings → Automation" to set SIM switching trigger conditions, including thresholds for cumulative SMS volume, consecutive failures, online duration, etc. The device will automatically switch to backup SIM when conditions are met.

Step 5: SMS Service Configuration & Integration Test
1. Basic SMS Settings: Go to "SMS Setting → SMS Settings" to configure basic parameters including SMS format, sending interval, status report toggle and maximum single message length.
2. Forwarding Rule Configuration: Enter "SMS Setting → SMS Forward", select the required forwarding protocol (HTTP/Email/GSM/SIP), fill in the corresponding server address, account and parameter format to complete uplink SMS forwarding setup.
3. Local Sending Test: Go to "SMS Setting → Send SMS", select a test port, fill in the recipient number and test content, then click send. Check the delivery status on the page to verify normal SMS functionality.
4. Business System Integration:
○ HTTP API Integration: Refer to the interface documentation, call the sending API via GET/POST requests to verify SMS delivery and status callback

Q1. Does GOIP or MOIP support custom calling number/sender ID when making phone calls or sending text messages?

A：The device uses a SIM card, which naturally displays the SIM card number when making calls or sending text messages. This is determined by the SIM card itself and the SIM card operator, and generally does not support custom calling numbers/sender IDs. In VOIP and network SMS services, only the operator's routing (CLI and direct connection) may be supported!

A: No, we don't have this kind of equipment.

Q15. Difference between YX GOIP and DBL GOIP in terms of sending and receiving SMS.
A: DBL can only send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reason, the maximum number of messages received is 50), or the customer has its own server to install information management software (can send and receive, unlimited number of SMS).
YX can send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reasons to receive information up to 50) or you can use our free ETMS management software (can be received, but sent to need to use another EIMS2, unlimited number of SMS), if the customer has the ability, the device also has a HTTP API can be accessed to their own development of the program (support for sending and receiving)

Q16. Can GOIP/modem be used in XX countries (or a certain operator)?
A: The product has nothing to do with the use in which country or which operator, as long as the frequency band of the device can match the local (or the operator to be used), it can be used!
