To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
(1)item with obvious signs of use
(2)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
(3)Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 

How do I return an item?

1. Please reach out to YX Internet customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. YX Internet support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to YX Internet with the following information:

- Name of the courier
- Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the item arrives at our warehouse. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the item, send us an email at [email protected] and YX Internet support will share the corresponding Return and exchange address with you within 24 working hours.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Process:

- Describe product problems to our support team;
  Preferred to have photos or screenshots;

- We will check the information, and we may perform remote troubleshooting
- The defective item’s Mac address and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- We may request related products to be sent into our Hongkong Warehouse for inspection;
- If product problem is not covered by default warranty service, we will advise customer accordingly.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues (after 7 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
