SMS dongle is a device used for bulk send and receive of SMS on mobile networks.
Built-in wireless 4g module can insert into 1-8 SIM card.Can be used directly into the computer USB port for laptops and desktops,also be used in conjunction with UART HUB

The main function of the product is High-Speed internet access and Internet of Things apply, SMS or voice notification reminders.
Directly connect to your computer, the main function depends on the software, such as SMS Caster which we provide for free (you can download it from our website and check the specific function):

Q1. COM and port number is not corresponding, how do I know this port can not use?
A:Each module has lights:
● Light flash every 3 s, means normal registration card, can be used;
● Light flash every 1 s, it isn’t normal registration card, Need to check the card is installed correctly or not.
Q2. You have installed SIM cards,but device can’t read SIM card.
A:Please re-install SIM card and reboot it port, Installing sim card, the direction of the note card is correct.
Q3. COM port have error 2
A:Please reboot this port or re-install this port(Each module is removable).
Q4. Just began to normal to send, but send failure after a period of time
A:It may be blocked by operator or limit, Check the SIM card again orcontact Operator.
