  • Intelligent Billing & Balance Management: Built-in billing system, configurable tariff rate by destination prefix, real-time calculation of SIM card balance. Supports two balance query methods: USSD and SMS, can set warning balance for automatic calibration. Supports automatic call hang-up or SIM switching when balance is insufficient, and can connect with automatic recharge system to realize balance-triggered automatic renewal.

[Quick Deployment Guide]

Step 1: Hardware Installation

  1. Place the device in a well-ventilated location with strong mobile signal, and screw the corresponding number of antennas into the antenna interfaces of the device.
  2. Insert SIM cards into the corresponding SIM card slots according to the port sequence, ensure the chip side faces down and the card is fully inserted.
  3. Connect the WAN port of the device to a switch or router with an Ethernet cable to access the target network.
  4. Connect the power adapter and turn on the power supply. The device starts to boot, and the power indicator stays on means normal power supply.


Step 2: PC Network Configuration

  1. Connect the PC to the same LAN as the device, modify the PC IPv4 address to the 192.168.1.X network segment (e.g. 192.168.1.11), and set the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
  2. Open Chrome, Firefox or IE browser, enter the default WAN port IP of the device in the address bar: http://192.168.1.10.


Step 3: Backend Login

  1. Enter the default administrator account and password on the login interface:
    • Account: root
    • Password: root
  2. Select the interface language and click「Submit」to enter the device management backend.
Security Tip: Please change the administrator password immediately after the first login, and close unnecessary external network access ports to ensure device security.


Step 4: Basic Network Configuration

  1. Go to the「Guider」page, select WAN connection mode according to the actual network environment:
    • Static IP: Manually fill in IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server
    • Dynamic IP: Automatically obtain IP address from upper router/DHCP server
    • PPPoE: Enter broadband account and password to dial up to the Internet, customizable MTU and service name
  2. Save the settings after configuration. The device will automatically apply the network configuration, and you can log in to the backend again with the new IP address.


Step 5: SIP Server Docking

  1. Go to「Gateway Settings → SIP Setting」, select the protocol mode as「Registration」.
  2. Fill in SIP server IP, service port, SIP account, password, registration expiration time and other parameters.
  3. The global configuration applies to all ports by default; if you need independent account for each port, you can configure them separately in the SIP account list.
  4. Save the configuration after completion, go to「Status Information → Device Status」to check port registration status. "Registered" status means the docking is completed.


Step 6: Service Verification

  1. Voice Test: Initiate an outbound call through the IP-side softswitch, test whether the call can be connected normally and the call quality is clear; dial the SIM card number in the device, test whether the incoming call can be normally transferred to the SIP side extension.

  2. SMS Test: Go to「SMS Setting → Send SMS」, select port, enter recipient number and content, click send to test whether the SMS can be delivered normally; send SMS to the device SIM card, check whether the SMS inbox can receive normally.


[Key Application Scenarios]

(1) Carrier IP Voice Termination (PSTN Termination)

Terminate IP voice calls from the softswitch platform to the mobile cellular network through the GP gateway, realizing fixed-to-mobile calls and greatly reducing long-distance and cross-border call costs. Especially suitable for traffic wholesalers and international voice line operators. The device supports batch SIM concurrent operation and intelligent routing scheduling to ensure call stability and connection rate under high concurrency.

(2) Enterprise Call Center & Customer Service System

Q1. Does GOIP or MOIP support custom calling number/sender ID when making phone calls or sending text messages?
A:The device uses a SIM card, which naturally displays the SIM card number when making calls or sending text messages. This is determined by the SIM card itself and the SIM card operator, and generally does not support custom calling numbers/sender IDs. In VOIP and network SMS services, only the operator's routing (CLI and direct connection) may be supported!

Q2. Does GOIP or MOIP support detecting surrounding mobile phone information, listening to surrounding calls, tracking/tracing mobile phones/calls/SMS, IMSI Catcher and other detection functions?
A:This type of feature has no connection with our product and is not supported!

Q3. Does GOIP or MOIP support wifi or multi wifi functions to provide data internet access and other functions?
A:The functions related to wifi/data internet are not related to any of our devices and are not supported!

 
Q4. Does GOIP, MOIP, or SMS modem support functions such as MMS, picture SMS, voice SMS, video calls, etc?

A:SMS modems can support MMS (customers need to have their own software support, we do not provide MMS software), and the latest version of YX GOIP/MOIP can also support sending MMS. Other products do not support it

Q5.Does GOIP support the function of hiding the caller when making phone calls?
A:The device has a setting function to hide the caller, but it requires the SIM operator to support this function at the same time.

Q6. Does GOIP and modem have API?
A:The GOIP/MOIP of YX series has HTTP APIs for sending/receiving SMS and USSD, and supports customer developed software to call through HTTP; DBL's GOIP does not have an API that can be directly used, but if the client has their own server, after installing a GOIP SMS sending server software, they can use the SMS HTTP API; The modem does not have an API.

Q7. What devices can make voice group calls?
A:SMS modems do not support direct audio access and cannot play voice after calling out. GOIP can support it, but GOIP cannot automatically call out and requires the call center to provide functions for calling out and playing voice

Q8. Is there a device that supports receiving and forwarding SMS messages?
A:SMS modems can receive text messages, but they do not support forwarding. Additionally, the software we provide does not support checking which port received the messages

A:SIMBank does not support connecting to devices other than GOIP and MOIP, there is no API, and different brands of SIMBANK and GOIP cannot be used

Q12. How can SIMBANK connect to GOIP/MOIP and card the device?
A:SIMBANK generally requires the use of the software SIM Server installed on the server to manage, connect, and allocate cards, in order to achieve remote card access. If there is no server, one needs to be rented, and the system requires CentOS 5. X or 6. X

Q13. What are the ways to send/receive SMS for YX series GOIP/MOIP and DBL?

A: (1) Login to the device page to send/receive directly;
(2) Directly connect to the SMS platform (only support EIMS/IMFS) to send/receive;
(3) use HTTP API to send/receive directly (customers may need their own software/platform support);
(4) if the customer has a public IP, the customer can set the public IP to GOIP, and then send SMS after docking with SMPP SMS platform;
DBL's no API can only use the page to send or use the server supporting SMS sending software to send.

Q14. Can GOIP or MOIP use the data traffic inside the SIM card to give users access to the Internet?

A: No, we don't have this kind of equipment.

Q15. Difference between YX GOIP and DBL GOIP in terms of sending and receiving SMS.

A: DBL can only send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reason, the maximum number of messages received is 50), or the customer has its own server to install information management software (can send and receive, unlimited number of SMS).
YX can send and receive SMS in the device (SIM reasons to receive information up to 50) or you can use our free ETMS management software (can be received, but sent to need to use another EIMS2, unlimited number of SMS), if the customer has the ability, the device also has a HTTP API can be accessed to their own development of the program (support for sending and receiving)

Q16. Can GOIP/modem be used in XX countries (or a certain operator)?

A: The product has nothing to do with the use in which country or which operator, as long as the frequency band of the device can match the local (or the operator to be used), it can be used!
